The operation is run by self-directed cross-functional teams comprising supply chain, manufacturing, quality, engineering and scientists, producing transformational quality products. These autonomous teams have complete accountability for ensuring product quality and output, having complete knowledge and understanding of our products and processes. These teams are the foundation of our values and organisation. Development of our products is carried out on manufacturing equipment, thus precluding the need to transfer from development equipment to manufacturing equipment.
The cross-functional teamwork inherent in our culture, also allows for rapid product launches, allowing us to be first to market. Our constant drive to eliminate variation in product and process, allows us to constantly improve our product and process. Our focus on 6-sigma allows us to constantly squeeze variation from the process and product, resulting in improved quality and output. Our supplier partnerships are based on shared values and mutual benefits to produce a responsive agile supply chain that can meet customer and stakeholder needs.Our integrated team culture is reflected in our integrated systems.
